Treatments/Microneedling/Cost
Cost guide

What microneedling really costs.

Prices vary widely by city, device and the experience of the practitioner. The figures below are indicative ranges to help you plan, not quotes. Always confirm current prices with the clinic, and remember a course is usually needed for real change.

Indicative price ranges

Single session, classic microneedling
Manual or motorised pen, face
£150 to £350
Course of three to four sessions
Often discounted when booked together
£450 to £1,100
Radiofrequency microneedling, per session
Heat assisted, firmer tightening
£400 to £900
Add on serums or exosomes
Optional, varies by product
£50 to £250

Ranges are indicative and drawn from typical United Kingdom and comparable markets. Prices in cities such as Beverly Hills, Dubai and Monaco often sit at or above the higher end. Confirm with the provider before booking.

What moves the price

Practitioner experience

A doctor or advanced practitioner with years of skin work charges more than a junior, and it usually shows in safety and results.

Device and depth

Medical grade devices and radiofrequency systems cost more to run than basic pens, and command higher prices.

City and location

A clinic in a prime district of a major city carries higher overheads, reflected in the price.

Area treated

Face only is the baseline. Neck, decolletage or larger areas add to the cost per session.

Add ons

Growth factor serums, exosomes or mesotherapy cocktails raise the total, and are not always necessary.

Course versus single

Booking a course usually lowers the per session price, but only buy a package once you trust the clinic.

Value, not the cheapest

Microneedling breaks the skin barrier, so hygiene, single use sterile tips and a trained hand matter a great deal. The cheapest offers often cut corners on device quality, needle depth control or aftercare, which raises the risk of infection, marks or pigment change. A slightly higher price for an experienced practitioner with a proper consultation is usually the better long term value. The worst outcome is paying twice, first for a poor result and then to correct it.

Good to know: ask whether the quoted price is per session or for a course, whether numbing and aftercare are included, and how many sessions are genuinely recommended for your goal before you commit.
